Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dynamic team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), both in their homes and at our centers. Working closely under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help children unlock their potential by promoting positive behaviors and teaching essential life skills.
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Effectively implement behavior support plans and deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions.
- Accurately collect and maintain data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy.
- Conduct discrete trials and execute specific behavior support and treatment plans.

RBT Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Active RBT certification is a must.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and participate in active play with children.
- Dependable, consistent, with a positive attitude to ensure the success of the child.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
