Role: Social Work Manager

Location: San Jose, California

Duration: Fulltime

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW required); licensure preferred.
2 to 5 years of social work experience with at least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience strongly preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations.
Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record; proof of insurance required.
