About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? At An Incredible Me ABA, we’re searching for bilingual Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We provide personalized ABA therapy in homes and community settings across Charlotte and through out NC. We’re looking for dedicated professionals who are ready to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions tailored to each child’s program (developed by a BCBA).
• Provide therapy in home or School settings (all cases within 30 minutes of your location).
• Record session data using our simple digital tools (training provided).
• Partner with supervising BCBAs during meetings, check-ins, and team collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with families and maintain professionalism in all settings.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience or 2+ years working with children.
• Strong communication skills (Spanish required).
• RBT certification required.
• Must pass background check.
