- Part-time, 20 hours/wk with full-time potential
- VERY flexible scheduling available, (8 or 10 hour days)

- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Make an Impact: Help set the standard of psychiatric care for underserved populations—children, teens, and young adults.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside experienced clinicians, psychiatric assistants, CRNPs, and a seasoned medical leadership team.
- Collaborate with families and clinicians to develop treatment plans that support long-term wellness.
- Utilize a fully integrated EMR and prescribing platform.
- Serve as Medical Director for psychiatric programs across outpatient, school-based, and community services.
- Approve clinical process improvements and co-sign staff performance reviews.
- Support compliance with state and managed care organization requirements.
- Board-Certified or Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist
- Active Pennsylvania Medical License
- 3+ years of leadership or administrative experience
- Technical proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Medicaid populations strongly preferred
- DEI certification a plus (or willingness to complete training)
- Commitment to ethical, community-based mental healthcare
- Up to $300/hour compensation
