Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW-C)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC)

Location: Hagerstown, MD, Sabillasville OR Cumberland, MD

Requirement: Must hold a current Maryland license or willing to apply for MD licensure

Responsibilities:

• Previous work experience with adolescents is required.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team, group therapy experience a must.
• Commitment to addressing the behavioral health needs of youth and their families.
• Conduct thorough behavioral health assessments to identify patients' strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling to individuals, families, along with group therapy to support their emotional and psychological well-being.
• Advocate for patients' rights and coordinate with external agencies to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies or acute situations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland, or willingness to apply for MD licensing
• Experience working with youth and adults.
• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.

Salary: Up to $145,600 per year
