Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Chicago, IL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing parent education and training. The BCBA will also manage treatment plans, monitor client progress, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Strong background in Psychology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA certification required
