Certified Teachers $135.50/day, Non-certified Teachers $105/day, On day 31 $125.50/day

Organizational Relationship

or Line of Authority:

• Directly responsible to the District Principal or his/her designee in all matters pertaining to the building.
• Jointly responsible to appropriate Principal/Supervisor in areas of instruction and curriculum.

Statement of Duties:

• Provides comprehensive school counseling services that include education, prevention and intervention activities for all pupils in Grades 9-12.
• Develops and delivers classroom lessons on relevant topics that align to ASCA Mindsets & Behaviors for Student Success (for example, conflict management, career awareness, friendship, anti-bullying and emotional regulation).
• Provides support and referrals for students and families to school and community resources for additional assistance.

Qualifications:

• Licensed by the State Department of Education in Massachusetts preferred
