We are looking for a school-based BCBA with a deep understanding of behavior analysis in an educational setting. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, with a target start date as soon as possible, with orientation beginning in August.

Your Role Will Include

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans.
• Completing FBA/BIP processes.
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success.
• Providing training and clinical supervision to behavioral aides and paraprofessionals.
  
  

Qualifications We're Looking For

• Required: Active BCBA certification.
• Experience: Prior experience as a school-based BCBA is required, including experience with the FBA/BIP process.
• Education: A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Qualities: You should be a strong team player, great with kids, and dedicated to the learning process.
