Job Overview:
We are an ABA Therapy Agency seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician or BT to join our team, providing services to clients in the home and school settings. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, primarily autism, to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support in various settings.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients
- Collect and record data on client behavior
- Assist in the development and maintenance of client treatment goals
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementing treatment plans
- Provide feedback to families on client progress
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 1 Year experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and implement behavioral therapy techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
Minimum Requirements:
- HS diploma
- RBT Certification
- Ability to pass a background check, LIVESCAN, and TB test
- Reliable transportation, DL, and Car Insurance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, and standing) for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to sit on the floor for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work in various environments to perform therapy such as home, schools, centers and community settings.
- Must be willing to drive within an agreed-upon mile radius as needed for treatment of clients in the home, community and school settings

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
