Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

  • Provide individual, conjoint, and family therapy to assigned clients.
  • Develop and implement coordinated service plans in collaboration with program staff.
  • Participate in intra-agency and inter-agency conferences to enhance service quality and coordination.
  • Ensure continuity of care and participate in the discharge planning process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports as necessary.
  • Refer clients to appropriate community resources when needed.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and referrals.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and adjust services as necessary.


Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited college.
  • Valid registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or license-eligible.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a psychiatric facility preferred.


Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Friday 830am-5pm
