Qualifications

  • Compassionate and caring nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred).
  • Ability to pass background check and FBI fingerprinting.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
  • Hourly Rate Range: $20.00- $20.50

  • $1000.00 sign on bonuses! Bonuses are payable in two installments($500.00 with first paycheck, and $500.00 after satisfactory completion of six-month probationary period).

What We Require

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with adults diagnosed with varying mental health and intellectual disabilities.
  • Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software
  • Must be able to work with “high-risk” consumers who have developmental and physical disabilities. We expect all staff to have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service; to comply with the rules and regulations of those organizations to which we are accountable; to have high ethical and professional standards of conduct; and to have an attitude of wanting to continuously improve their own professional performance
