School-Based Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT)

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $60,000 – $93,500 (based on licensed experience)
• Quarterly Bonus: $2,500 (based on quality standards through the Provider Recognition Program)
• Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $5,000 to $15,000 (depending on experience)
• Relocation Bonus: Available, if applicable

Responsibilities

• Monday–Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm during the academic year
• Option to furlough during the summer months or request short-term reassignment
• Provide counseling to students during the school year
• Address behavioral, emotional, and social challenges in a school-based setting
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and care teams on treatment planning
• Complete timely documentation and participate in team meetings
• Includes administrative time and paid school closures

Requirements

• Maine licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT (conditional licenses accepted)
• Experience with children or adolescents preferred
• Comfort working in a dynamic and collaborative care environment
• Commitment to supporting youth mental health in a school setting
