Position Summary
As a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT), you will play a key role in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Working under the supervision of a licensed clinician (BCBA), you will help clients work toward meaningful progress using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
This position is ideal for someone who is patient, kind, and committed to helping kiddos thrive!
What You'll Do:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under clinical supervision
Accurately collect and report session data
Ensure client safety, dignity, and privacy (HIPAA)
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to deliver high-quality care
What We're Looking For:
Current Washington State CBT Certification (or eligibility to obtain it)
Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities/ ABA (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, consistent and compassionate
Job Details:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
