Our office is quickly expanding and we are looking to onboard a personal whom is eager to learn. Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Schedule patient appointments
• Collect records and provide them to appropriate providers/attorneys
• Answer inbound/outbound phone calls
• Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
• Monitor, organize and forward emails.
• Maintain records and files.
• Help check patient in/out
• Back office duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
