Position Overview
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, mission-driven team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavior analytic services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. You’ll lead with empathy, clinical excellence, and a commitment to growth—both for your clients and your career.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA strategies
Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff to ensure fidelity and quality of care
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust programming to meet client goals
Facilitate parent training sessions and collaborate with families to support generalization
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic care planning
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and treatment records
Engage in leadership development and contribute to a positive team culture
Uphold ethical standards and compliance with BACB guidelines and organizational policies
