Job DetailsJob LocationCharlotte Warehouse - Charlotte, NCPosition TypeFull TimeJob ShiftDayDescriptionThe Service Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently resolving service issues for clients by managing the parts ordering process and coordinating service technician schedules for diagnosis and repairs.Tools/Programs:Alfred Williams & Company Business System (Khameleon)Alfred Williams & Company Service Tracking Module (Quickbase)Key Responsibilities:Field inbound service and warranty requests via phone and email from corporate customers.Coordinate with customers to assess and define the scope of service needs.Collaborate with manufacturers to handle service parts requests and repair procedures.Schedule service technicians for diagnosing and completing service requests.Prepare and provide quotes for service repairs.Enter orders for service-related products and parts.Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of service requests.Close out and invoice service orders using the Khameleon business system.Support the development of ongoing service contracts with existing customers.Work with the warehouse team to manage service parts inventory.Handle additional administrative duties as directed by the warehouse manager.QualificationsStrong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in office automation and communication software.Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.Resourceful problem-solving abilities.Excellent customer service skills.Technology-savvy and detail-oriented.
