Position Overview
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, mission-driven team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavior analytic services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. You’ll lead with empathy, clinical excellence, and a commitment to growth—both for your clients and your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA strategies
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff to ensure fidelity and quality of care
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust programming to meet client goals
- Facilitate parent training sessions and collaborate with families to support generalization
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic care planning
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and treatment records
- Engage in leadership development and contribute to a positive team culture
- Uphold ethical standards and compliance with BACB guidelines and organizational policies
