BAT Residential Services Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home (EBSH) for adult women diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities with behavioral challenges in Vacaville, CA. Our staff are responsible for supporting the daily living activities for our residents such as assisting with recreational activities and independent living skills using a positive behavioral approach and maintaining a clean and safe home environment.

Qualifications: MINIMUM of 6 months experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities in a behavioral program; must pass a criminal background check through DOJ. Must have HS diploma or equivalent. Staff will need to take the Registered Behavioral Technician training and must pass the test within the first year of employment.
