What You’ll Do
The Foundation's Collaborative Impact Department, through the LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network, seeks an Intake Coordinator to play a critical role in the department's success by serving as the first point of contact for participants pursuing registered apprenticeship opportunities. This hybrid role is responsible for scheduling and conducting intake appointments, building rapport with participants, assessing their needs and barriers to employment, and making referrals to Success Coaches for ongoing case management support. The ideal candidate will be personable, approachable, and eager to learn about the range of apprenticeship programs available through LAUNCH.
  • Schedule and conduct intake appointments with prospective participants, particularly those who complete an Intake Form, on LAUNCH’s website to identify barriers to employment, training or education
  • Track inquiries and feedback for reporting and program improvement purposes.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls completed in a database format. Reviewing and analyzing call data records for accuracy, completeness, and to identify trends and patterns.
  • Refer participants to LAUNCH program staff or partnered Success Coaches for continued guidance and support.
Attributes for Success
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience in customer service required.
  • Any experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred.
  • Experience with Monday.com preferred.
  • Practices ownership, takes accountability, and has the ability to manage own work, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work on a fast-paced team and build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Innovation, creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurship are encouraged as employees work to achieve organizational goals

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
$22.00 - $27.00
Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
