Job Title:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Model
Location:
Maryland (Remote with monthly in-person supervision per client)
Employment Type:
Full-Time
About Autastic ABA Therapy:
At Autastic, we do ABA differently. Our work is rooted in dignity, autonomy, and meaningful progress—not just data collection or billable hour quotas.
We provide high-quality ABA services in both home and clinic settings across Maryland. We’re proud to be known for supportive leadership, manageable caseloads, and a collaborative culture where clinicians are truly valued.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role, with remote work as the default and one required in-person supervision visit per client each month.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while receiving strong support from our clinical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Complete one in-person supervision per client per month (BACB-compliant)
  • Provide ongoing virtual supervision and support to RBTs
  • Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor and adjust programs based on client progress
  • Ensure quality, ethical care in all aspects of service delivery
What We Offer:
  • Hybrid work model with monthly in-person client supervision
  • Manageable caseloads with strong ACD and admin support
  • Protected time for documentation, planning, and supervision
  • CEU support and ongoing training opportunities
  • Leadership pathways and career growth
  • A mission-driven culture focused on doing what’s right for clients and staff
Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Based in Maryland with ability to travel for monthly in-person supervision
  • Strong communication, supervision, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to dignity-centered, autonomy-supportive ABA practices
