We're Hiring: Full-Time Primary Therapist
Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Reprieve is expanding, and we're looking for a dedicated Primary Therapist to join our collaborative, mission-driven clinical team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly individual sessions to clients on a rotating caseload
• Facilitate group and psychoeducational sessions
• Support client accountability by addressing behavioral concerns in real time
• Reinforce 12-step participation and guide step work
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and education on healthy boundaries
• Complete all documentation in KIPU EMR (including ASAMs, biopsychosocials, treatment plans, DAP notes, etc.)
• Maintain clear clinical boundaries and a safe therapeutic environment
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Minimum two years of experience in addiction treatment (PHP/IOP level preferred)
• Strong grasp of the disease model of addiction and 12-step recovery principles
• Proficient clinical documentation and computer skills (KIPU experience a plus)

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
