Position Summary:
We are seeking a Massachusetts-licensed therapist (LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC), who is passionate about a collaborative and integrative approach to treatment of mental health, to join our growing team. This W2 position requires a minimum of 32 hours per week, in person at either our Northborough or Worcester office.

This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, team-based environment where clinical care and professional development are prioritized.

We provide a Supervising LICSW if you need one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices
• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and more
• Offer crisis management and safety planning support as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
• Track client outcomes using structured data collection methods
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other care team members
• Coordinate with community resources to enhance client support and care continuity
• Stay current with clinical research, treatment innovations, and relevant terminology

Requirements:

• Active LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum 32 hours/week availability
• Strong knowledge of clinical modalities and therapeutic interventions
• Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and creating treatment plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Proficiency with documentation and telehealth systems
• Background in crisis management and integrated care
• Familiarity with substance use treatment and co-occurring disorders

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in outpatient or private practice settings
• Bilingual/multilingual skills a plus
