WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are looking for hardworking individuals with a positive attitude for the Retail Store Keyholder position at the new GOAT USA store in the Annapolis Mall in Annapolis, Maryland. 

Job Purpose

The GOAT USA Retail Store Keyholder's primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store is organized and well-stocked. They play a key role in driving sales, handling transactions, and providing a positive shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty. As two steps above GOAT USA’s retail entry-level “Associate,” the Keyholder is familiar with GOAT USA store procedures and carries out responsibilities to the GOAT USA standard of excellence, providing a positive energy towards fellow staff members and customers. The Keyholder is also responsible for holding the keys to the store, opening and closing the store when necessary.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed.
  • POS and payment handling.
  • Work in collaboration with other sales associates and managerial staff for a cohesive execution of the job.
  • Maintain brand and inventory knowledge.
  • Greet customers.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable store appearance.
  • Follow and uphold store policies.
  • Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Maintain store keys and take responsibility for opening and closing the store, including locking and unlocking.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Capable of lifting or moving heavy products up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
