About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This role is central to supporting our mission-driven work by ensuring clients receive the care, resources, and assistance they need. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing support, coordinating services, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, guidance, and information.
Coordinate intake, scheduling, and follow-up services for clients.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational policies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of services.
Support community outreach initiatives and client engagement programs.
Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Contribute to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment that reflects the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications
Must be located in Virginia and able to work onsite at our Norfolk, VA office.
Experience in client support, case management, or community outreach preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Passion for working in a mission-driven environment.
