What You’ll Do (And Love Doing!)

• Dive into comprehensive behavioral assessments tailored for each adorable client
• Develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans that truly make a difference
• Track progress, tweak strategies, and celebrate successes!
• Empower families and support staff with training and ongoing support
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care
• Stay ahead of the curve by contributing to program development and embracing the latest ABA practices

And of course, you’ll be clocking in just 25 billable hours/week — leaving plenty of time for fun outside work!

Are You Our Ideal Fit?

• BCBA certification (check!)
• Master’s degree in a related field (check!)
• 3-5 years of experience in ABA — you know your stuff!
• Skilled in Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and assessments
• A natural problem-solver with a global mindset and sound decision-making skills
