We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who are driven to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. If you have a commitment to high-quality care and enjoy collaborating with a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of customized treatment plans.
• Provide parent training to equip families with strategies to foster their child’s success.
• Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Track and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Manage necessary documentation for insurance purposes.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA privacy standards.

Qualifications:

• BCBA Certification(Required).
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
