Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide direct support to clients facing various mental health challenges, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and interventions. This role is essential in promoting emotional well-being and helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys.

Responsibility:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to connect and support each other on their mental health journey.
  • Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify presenting issues and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for our clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in the mental health field through continuous education and professional development

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field(LGPC,LCPC,LMSW,LCSW-C)
  • Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent credential.
  • Experience in direct support roles within behavioral health settings is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of grief counseling, addiction counseling, and chronic pain management techniques.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation standards and clinical research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their mental health and overall quality of life.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
