We are looking to add to our team. The office is in an excellent area in Cornelius, NC. We are a direct pay for service company. The current contract rate is 60-70% depending on experience. Contract providers do not have to wait for insurance reimbursement prior to being paid. The provider will be paid biweekly for the amount of patients that are being seen. We are patient and employee first company. We are seeking a dedicated neuropsychologist or licensed psychological associate to join our team. We are looking for a compassionate and patient-centered provider that is willing to bring on their expertise in developing this service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an outpatient setting and a strong background in patient assessments and testing. This position offers the opportunity to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and PTSD. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider to have flexible work life balance and looking to make their own imprint in the community.
Duties
Comfortable testing the following:
- General intellect or IQ
- Motor speed/ dexterity
- Executive functions (fundamental cognitive skills used to organize and plan, manage your time, problem solve, multi-task, make judgments, and maintain self-control)
- Information processing speed
- Attention/ working memory
- Speech and language
- Visuospatial skills/ visual construction
- Learning and memory
- Mood and personality
- Academic skills (such as reading, writing, or math)
- Social cognition
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree or Master's
- State licensure as a neuropsychologist or licensed psychological associate
- Experience working in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients with diverse needs
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities, autism, and PTSD
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
