Position: BCBA Supervisor – ABA Therapy (Bilingual English/Spanish)

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Spectrum Wellnest ABA Therapy, you’ll use your clinical expertise to make a meaningful impact in the community while working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

Current, valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in California.

Valid driver’s license in state of residence and acceptable driving record.

Strong attention to detail in documentation; Medi-Cal documentation experience preferred.

Previous experience as a BCBA or RBT is a plus.

Willingness and availability to accept case assignments within a designated distance.

Services are primarily remote, with some in office requirements at our Brea location for FBAs. Assignments may include telehealth, in home, and occasional in person sessions.

Responsibilities (BCBA Clinical Supervisor):

Provide case supervision.

Conduct client assessments and create treatment plans and progress reports.

Offer supervision and training to behavioral technicians.

Collaborate with parents, guardians, and school personnel.

Attend and participate in meetings as needed.

Develop and remotely oversee individualized ABA programs across home, school, clinic, community, and daycare settings.

Perform assessments and design treatment plans tailored to client needs.

Deliver field supervision according to treatment plan requirements.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of behavioral technicians.

Review session notes and data collection for accuracy, client progress, and technician performance.

Provide parent training to support family involvement and progress.

Maintain professional, timely communication with families.

Facilitate team meetings and coordinate with families, team members, and professionals to ensure client success.

Supervise behavioral technicians and BCBA candidates in alignment with BACB standards.

Roles & Expectations:

Fulltime employees are generally expected to work 40 hours per week, with at least 25 hours of billable services.

Remaining hours may include non-billable duties such as administrative work, staff training, interviews, BCBA group meetings, supervisory meetings, schedule audits, and other assigned tasks.

Non-billable responsibilities may be adjusted at Spectrum Wellnest ABA Therapy’s discretion.

Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled unless prior approval is obtained from a supervisor or unforeseen circumstances arise.

Shift & Schedule:

Flexible part-time or fulltime schedules available.

Evenings and weekends are optional for those who prefer.

Compensation & Benefits:

$50–$75 per hour.
