Job Title: Social Worker | Behavioral Health

Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, 01915 | Local candidates not accepted( Must be 50 miles from the facility address)

Shift: Weekdays day shift 8-4:30

Pay : $2400 - $2500 Weekly Gross

Summary:

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in social work
• Min 1 year of social work experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Current valid Massachusetts license in Social Work (LCSW or LICSW).
• Active MA license required.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Familiarity with use of electronic medical record such as EPIC
• Individual case management and knowledge of managed care
• De-escalation/restraint management techniques
• Motivational Interviewing and short-term treatment techniques
• Brief family interventions as needed
• Strong ability to assess and evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans to address the identified needs.
• Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced work environment
