LICENSES MASTER SOCIAL WORKER (LMSW/LLMSW)

Position Status: (3) Part-time Salary Range: $25 – 45

We are looking for experienced Licensed Social Workers and Limited Licensed Social Workers. You must have a minimum 3 years of experience in conducting Bio-Psychosocial Assessments (Psychotherapy) NO-Exception!

AGENCY SUMMARY: Total One Resources (TOR) is a non-profit organization that serves greater Metropolitan Detroit and surrounding tri-county areas. It was established in 2011 to meet the direct needs of the community by providing in-home behavioral health services while promoting a better quality of life for seniors, adults, veterans, disabled and homebound individuals.

• JOB DESCRIPTION: Position requires a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW/LLMSW) who will provide psychotherapy services by Tele-health and/or In-person). Initial assessments are typically in-person.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: You must have proven track record and experience working with all age groups. You must have experience doing Bio-Psychosocial Assessments. LMSW's who are currently credentialed with major insurance companies are preferred but not mandatory.

PRIMARY DUTIES PERFORMED:

▶ Provide psychotherapy services once a week to assigned TOR agency clients.

▶ In-Person visits will be required for new intakes. (Must be flexible)

▶ Manage a caseload of a minimum of 6-8 clients per week.

▶ Complete Bio-Psychosocial Assessments for TOR clients.

▶ Develop a rapport with TOR clients while always maintaining professionalism.

▶ Document every session thoroughly using required agency documentation.

▶ Provide all agency documentation in a timely manner during the scheduled intervals.

▶ Attend Quarterly Meetings and Team In-services.

▶ Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

▶ Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred in conducting behavior health counseling.

▶ Experienced in conducting Bio-Psychosocial Therapy Assessments.

▶ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to follow up in a timely manner. Communication skills MUST BE impeccable.

▶ Must be personable and ability to relate one-on-one with clients

▶ Must have excellent listening skills and understand HIPPA Compliancy.

▶ Must have ability to meet all documentation deadlines.

▶ Must have flexible schedule.
