Compass Counseling and Associates - Private Practice in Pottstown, PA

Compass Counseling and Associates, a well-established private practice with locations in Montgomery, Bucks, and Chester counties, is excited to welcome licensed clinicians to our expanding team, offering opportunities to provide a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week to individuals, couples, and families of all ages. We provide personalized office space, a user-friendly EHR system for scheduling and documentation, and a late cancellation policy to ensure you’re compensated for last-minute no-shows. Evening and/or weekend availability is required. We are credentialed with most major insurance panels and provide a steady stream of referrals. Therapists of all backgrounds, especially those experienced with children and adolescents, are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time opportunities

Salary: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher with clinical counseling training
• Experience with clinical documentation
• Ability to work with a diverse population
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
• Interest in working with children and adolescents is a plus
