Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with behavioral challenges, particularly those with disabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles, data collection methods, and effective therapeutic techniques to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavioral therapy programs, ensuring they align with best practices and individual client needs.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on findings.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to support clients in various settings.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on effective behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within the community and educational systems.

Experience

  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, particularly in behavioral health settings.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.
  • Familiarity with special education processes and patient care standards is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting are necessary for effective treatment planning.
