Behavior Technician

* Flexible Schedule

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the clinical supervision of a BCBA. The Behavior Technician will follow individualized treatment plans, behavior plans, etc. to deliver quality therapeutic services to each child. ● provide direct care to clients in a Center Setting. ● Complete daily acquisition skills, maintenance, and mastered skills as directed by BCBA ● Complete all data sheets, programming sheets, progress notes ● Follow behavior plan, individualized treatment plan, and reinforcement schedule as prescribed ● Implement appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification approaches ● Be responsible for preventing and intervening with clients’ challenging behaviors. ● Ability to complete job’s physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children ● Attention to detail ● Must be at least 18 years of age ● Possess a minimum of a high school diploma ● Must be able to obtain and maintain a CPR certification ● Must clear a current background check through the BCI/FBI ● Must pass random drug check

Job Type: Part time Schedule: Monday to Friday
