As a RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR, you will have the opportunity to work with youth in a residential setting as a mentor, role model, and caregiver. This unique role in our Rochester facility provides the day-to-day care and supervision, instruction, and support to help adolescent boys succeed at the goals set up in their treatment plan.

We have a company-wide Virtues Curriculum to educate and guide the choices and life direction of the kids we serve.

Schedule involves evening shifts and rotating weekends. Starting pay $23.00 per hour based on experience. Full benefits available to full time employees

Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a Background Study, as required by the Minnesota Department of Health.
