Job Description:
We are currently hiring for a flexible BCBA position in Utah, with two exciting pathways:

• Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in Utah with no required travel, supported by our comprehensive telehealth platform and virtual team structure.
• In-Person (Cedar City): We are actively seeking an experienced BCBA who is passionate about clinical leadership and is interested in opening and managing a new ABA center with us in Cedar City. This is a unique opportunity to shape a growing clinic from the ground up and make a meaningful impact in the local community.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs/Therapists implementing treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, client interviews, and generate individualized treatment reports
• Develop, implement, and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments for clinical staff
• Analyze behavioral data and monitor progress via Central Reach
• (For Cedar City role) Lead and manage day-to-day clinic operations and staff development
