Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, and managing behavior management programs. Primary duties will include overseeing direct therapy, supervising staff, and collaborating with caregivers and other professionals. The role is located in or near Denver, CO, but a hybrid model of telehealth and in person is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
