is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care Manager to help care of our patients. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Only an hour away is Branson that includes many shows to see, Silver Dollar City and shopping!About the department: Acute Care Management facilitates the care of our inpatients from admission through discharge in collaboration with the associated care team, ensuring progression of stay and efficient utilization of needed resources, individualized to patient needs.A typical day includes:

Focusing on patient education and validation of patient understanding
Ensuring patient understanding of their responsibilities in managing their health after discharge
Promoting quality patient care outcomes

Job Requirements:

Education: Associates or Bachelors
Experience: Hospital experience strongly preferred
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal relationship development skills are critical
Licensure/Certification: RN
Physical: The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

The position is: Part-time, days. 0800 - 1600

Every other weekend with occasional weekday coverage.
