Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


Travel BCBA Opportunity Tacoma, Washington

Contract Dates: September 3, 2025 June 10, 2026 (Full School Year)
Student Caseload: Elementary level
Compensation: Equivalent to $65/hour, including hourly pay + travel & relocation stipends

What Youll Do:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments using observations, interviews, and data collection

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Supervise, coach, and train behavior technicians

  • Provide professional development for teachers and support staff

  • Monitor and adjust student programs based on progress data

  • Participate in IEP meetings to support behavioral goal-setting



Must-Haves:

  • Must have an Active national BCBA certification

  • Masters degree in either School/Education Psychology, ABA, Behavior, Special Education, or similar field

  • Prefer school experience working with students who have behavioral needs
