Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Tallassee, AL (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Pay: From $46-$52/hr, based off experience
A partnering district in Tallassee, AL is seeking a skilled BCBA to support students on either a full-time or part-time basis. Located between Montgomery and Auburn, Tallassee is a close-knit community where educators and clinicians play a key role in shaping student outcomes.
Requirements:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Alabama state licensure for Behavior Analysts (or eligibility).
Experience providing ABA therapy and behavioral supports in school or pediatric settings.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide direct support and training for teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents.
Monitor student progress and adjust plans to support growth and independence.
