Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Tallassee, AL (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Pay: From $46-$52/hr, based off experience

A partnering district in Tallassee, AL is seeking a skilled BCBA to support students on either a full-time or part-time basis. Located between Montgomery and Auburn, Tallassee is a close-knit community where educators and clinicians play a key role in shaping student outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • Alabama state licensure for Behavior Analysts (or eligibility).

  • Experience providing ABA therapy and behavioral supports in school or pediatric settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

  • Provide direct support and training for teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents.

  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans to support growth and independence.
