Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Rodeo, CA
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday Friday | Approximately 20 hours per week
Contract Dates: August 2025 June 2026 (2025-2026 School Year)
Caseload: Typically 6-10 students (depending on assignment)
Blazer Jobs is seeking a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, school-based role in Rodeo, CA. This position is ideal for a compassionate educator dedicated to supporting the functional and behavioral needs of students.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction and support in non-academic areas, tailored to individual student behavioral needs
Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement instructional goals and behavior intervention plans in accordance with district and IEP requirements
Regularly communicate with parents and team members to exchange updates and support strategies
Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress using formal and informal tools
Prepare for and actively participate in IEP meetings related to student programming and behavioral services
Requirements:
Valid California certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or appropriate credential
Experience working in school settings preferred
Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior analysis technologies, and instructional strategies
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain consistent documentation
