Job Summary
Traveling Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . This is not a Virtual / Remote position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role requires a deep understanding of behavioral therapy, patient care, and the ability to conduct thorough assessments while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Duties

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and intake assessments in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of applied behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
  • Strong knowledge of special education principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and patient assessment techniques.
  • Experience in data collection methods relevant to behavioral health interventions.
