About Us

Sunrise ABA Clinic is a new, family-founded center in Lexington dedicated to providing warm, supportive, and high-quality ABA services for children and families. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as we launch our clinic. Since we are a brand new clinic, this role will start out as a contractual part-time position with a light workload and can grow as we do.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Provide parent/caregiver training
• Monitor progress and adjust programs based on data
• Collaborate with families and clinic staff
• Maintain clinical documentation (treatment plans, session notes, progress reports) in compliance with insurance and Medicaid requirements
• Experience working with and meeting insurance requirements

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
