Part Time ~17.5 hours per week
MondayFriday, 2:30pm 6:00pm

Caseload/Details:

• Working with a male Kindergarten student with autism during Extended Day Program (EDP).

• Student attends daily from 2:30 until as late as 6:00pm.

• Behaviors include: elopement, slamming doors, turning off lights, occasional biting, and pulling pants down.

• Student is minimally communicative and has access to a Sensory Room.

• No restraints have been required to date.

• Current staff para-educator onsite, but due to multiple students with exceptionalities, additional dedicated support is needed.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children exhibiting elopement and behavioral challenges.

• Strong background in behavior support strategies.

• Ability to remain calm, patient, and consistent in high-energy situations.
