Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
  • Familiarity with special education practices and working with people with autism is preferred.
  • Proficient in data collection methods and patient assessment techniques.
  • Understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and intake processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
