Pay Range: $39 – $45 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Social Work Supervisor to join our team in El Cajon, CA. This role will provide leadership and oversight to social work staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong supervisory skills with a passion for improving the lives of individuals and families through effective case management, advocacy, and community resource coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate social work staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee client caseloads, ensuring services are delivered effectively and in alignment with organizational standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to provide training, updates, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and government agencies to coordinate resources for clients.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and ethical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation of staff and client progress.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in social work or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Strong knowledge of case management, community resources, and social service systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to supporting diverse populations with empathy and professionalism.
