Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -
Winnetka, IL (North Chicago)
Join our dedicated team in Winnetka, IL, for the 2025-2026school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time position involves working across multiple buildings with K-12 students, providing essential behavioral support and interventions. You'll play a key role in evaluations, IEP development, and both direct and indirect services to ensure student success.
Caseload/Details:
- K-12 Caseload
- District Wide/Multiple Buildings
- Duties include evaluations, IEP development, direct/indirect services, meetings, supervision, and consults.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct and indirect services, including behavior management and intervention strategies.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, consultations, and supervision sessions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to foster a positive learning environment.
- Ensure all services comply with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA License/Certification in Illinois required.
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and their application in an educational environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple school buildings.
