We are a passionate, supportive outpatient behavioral health group practice serving individuals, couples, families, and Veterans in Los Angeles (Encino, West LA, Pasadena) . Our team consists of providers who truly love the work that we do and as such nurture a trauma informed culture. We are looking for several part-time or full-time LICENSED therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, PsyD) who can see at least 15+ clients/week. Competitive pay with tiered increases as your caseload increases. Pay description reflects full time range (20+).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in crisis intervention and management to ensure patient safety and well-being.
