A contract opportunity is available for a Social Worker specializing in K-12 school settings, located in Chicago, IL. This role supports students across kindergarten through 12th grade by providing essential social work services that foster their social, emotional, and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to identify and address student needs.
• Develop and implement intervention plans to support student well-being.
• Connect students and families with community resources and support services.
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker with experience in school settings.
