Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for high school students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to support student well-being
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and update intervention plans
- Monitor and report on student performance and behavioral trends to improve outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Oregon
- Experience working with high school-aged students
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and behavioral intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
